Flats for Rent in Alaknanda Enclave

Been living there from 2 years. 1630 rs maintaince fees + 22 rs everyday electricy charges (5kwt. For 8 it's 32).

Roof is full with dirts and water and dead birds . No maintenance. Security doesn't work properly. Even if you complain no action is taken.

I would suggest you sell your house and buy somewhere else.

Now the govt contract has been over and it's under private control now..

The location is very good as this is very near from Shaheed path and nearby area includes Medanta Hospital, Lulu Mall, Ansal, DPS and other places.
This is very nice place to live or for investment purposes which will go on adding to the value and assets in future.
