Good decent apartments in the heart of business hub of Gomtinagar ..... since the inception of New high court this has become the one of most sought after apartments in this location for rent ....don't think so any one would be left for resale now ...... security and other services like maintenance and their upkeep are ok seeing for the fee u shell out from your pocket but could have been better
