A nice place to live. It is nearby to Atal Bihari Vajpayee International Cricket Stadium, Phoenix Palassio ( Shaan-e-Awadh ), Police Headquarters, Dial 112 headquarters, etc.

It seems a well managed residential area by my experience of visiting it regularly.

Decent residential group housing !! Most lively place to live in Lucknow . Well connected to Hazrat ganj Gomtinagar Indiranagar and old Lucknow. Shopping complexes daily need and shopping mall phoenix plassio are at walking distance.

Was there to meet one of our former officemate and her husband.
The club royal of the group housing is maintained well and houses a banquet, restaurant, swimming pool and some more facilities.
The staff was very good and possessed hospitality traits.
The group housing is also one of the good ones on Saheed Path.
All together a good experience.

Based on my experience, 7 Positives and 16 Negatives for Omaxe Residency-1 as a society:

The Positives:
1. Big internal road to walk, cycle etc
2. Society market, daily need items are available
3. Large Green and Open spaces.
4. Lot of Families living here.
5. Nice Swimming Pool, Club area, Open Gym
6. Electricity and Water supply is fine.
7. Feels safe for Kids.

The Negatives:
1. Very Bad Construction Quality, lot of noise from above apartments.

2. Bad Building design, poor light and air, and too much sound echo inside.

3. Building Interior Decor looks shabby. Dirty walls, poor maintenance, also Buildings are now almost 10 years old.

4. Open Garbage kept on floors, which adds to the dirty ambience inside.

5. Congested parking. No planned visitor or 2 wheeler parking + lack of discipline in some residents.

6. Society lacks underground parking, only few residents have covered parking.

7. TOO MUCH noise from back side area of R1, which is Sarsawan village, often loudspeaker playing, sometimes all through the night.

8. No monitoring and penal action on residents, who break discipline, example dog owners, several times dog poop is found in gardens and parking lots. Several other issues.

9. No Basketball court, and just 1 Tennis court for a society with nearly 1000 apartments.

10. Back side towers are largely neglected. Even the basic greenery, lighting etc. is in bad shape on the back side.

11. Society maintenance, monitoring and discipline is poor. There is no system in place.

12. Monthly maintenance charges are high for this poor quality.

13. RWA is unprofessional.

14. Lot of dust from nearby construction. Especially in backside towers.

15. Society location not in same league as Gomti Nagar Extension or Golf City. Both have wider roads, good connectivity and less traffic congestion.

16. Also currently No Banks, ATMs and Petrol Pump in this entire Omaxe township from R1 to Waterscapes.

Summary: Overall average society, good space, lacking class and quality, biggest problem just too noisy.
