According to me this is best apartment in lucknow city . In this area swimming pool nd gym nd indoor games hall is also. In this apartment the security system is well equipped . The parking system and lighting system is well managed . The lift area is wide and a lift attendant is also provide .

Very well built nice architecture of homes, grocery and saloon shop is inside the premises only. Gardens, play areas for kids are well maintained.

I love the ambience and also it is not on the outskirts of the city which makes it stand apart from other townships. Dandaiya Market which is a local market, is at walking distance.

Negative Points

Its a highly priced property.. sold at a high rate by showing outer appearances... in reality, its a big zoo kind of environment here... you get to face troops of monkeys, stray dogs, mosquitoes, lizard, flies, cockroaches and what not..
One would never expect such a poor quality construction by seeing the property from its outer appearance.
However, in reality, the state of the property is pathetic.. seepage problem is at its peak in such a newly constructed property.. in fact a few towers are still under construction and it feels like one is living at a construction site... there are no proper rules and even if there are some rules, there is no authority to enforce it.. neighbours throw their waste from balcony which many a times enter into another person's balcony... they even spit from their balcony.. there is no civic sense... garbage issue is there.. parking problem is there.. security is a big challenge
.. despite the fact that maintenance charges are too high...basement stinks as if people pee there.
. Pets and stray dogs poop can be found all around... staying here feels like one's biggest nightmare.. don't know who are those people who consider Shalimar a good builder.. i cant count on a single aspect on the basis of which I could categorize them as "good"...
